When people move to a new city they often contemplate the city-setting as the ideal location to get settled in.

The Outer Sunset is perfect for anyone seeking to change things up a bit. The area is located immediately south of Golden Gate Park along Ocean Beach and is very popular among surfers, runners and weekend beach-goers.
As mentioned in its name, the Outer Sunset is quite popular for its ocean sunsets. Whether the sun sets at 4:50 p.m. during the winter or 8:30 p.m. in the summer, the beach sands are sure to have vistors waiting for a vibrant spectacle.
The area also offers varius cafes, gyms and restaurants to anyone living in the area; and being so close to GGP there is always an opportunity to visit the Conservatory of Flowers, the famed Japanese Tea Garden and The California Academy of Sciences.
