I think people believe that making soup is a challenge, but it all starts by filling up a pot with water, adding vegetables, then some heat, and finishing it off by giving it flavor.
Fill up a pot halfway with sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced celery, and sliced onions; make your cuts bite-sized. Then add water one-inch above the line so that the vegetables are covered in water.
Add salt and pepper to your own taste level.
Bring water to a simmering boil and let it sit for ten minutes while stirring occasionally; then lower the heat to a low medium.
Then add one spoonful of miso paste, one spoonful of red pepper paste, and one spoonful of chicken bullion.
Stir occasionally for ten more minutes.
Finally keep it on low for ten more minutes and your soup should be done.
Enjoy!
